CRIMINAL SOLICITOR - Telford

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join our team. You will attend clients at Police Stations and Magistrates Court throughout the area and undertake a vast amount of preparation work for trials.

  • You must be a qualified Solicitor with Crime Duty accreditation
  • You will have excellent communication and client care skills

LEGAL SECRETARY - Bridgnorth

An opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary has arisen at our Bridgnorth office. You will provide full secretarial support, including diary management, meeting and greeting clients, audio transcription, submitting searches and handling telephone queries from clients and/or third parties. General typing/correspondence and document work, alongside the preparation of legal forms where required.

The successful applicant will preferably have secretarial experience within a legal environment and be able to use own initiative. This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.

LEGAL SECRETARY/ASSISTANT - Shrewsbury

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our team.

The suitable candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role and must be able to work using their own initiative. Duties will include:

  • Carry out typing and secretarial work within the Probate department for the Fee Earners, typically dealing with matters relating to Matrimonial, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Tax, trust and Estate administration.
  • Audio typing of correspondence, documents and forms.
  • Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues, in person and on the telephone, taking messages and assisting where possible.
  • Arranging for Wills and Deed to be stored.
  • Billing and other related financial administration
  • General administrative tasks including photocopying, paper and electronic filing, opening/closing files, printing etc.
