Conveyancer - Shrewsbury Office
An opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/competent Conveyancer has arisen at our Shrewsbury office. We are now looking to expand and recruit an additional conveyancing fee earner due to the success of the office to date.
The candidate should be at least 3 years PQE or equivalent and capable of running their own caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equities of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic and willing to market and generate work with full support from the team at the Shrewsbury office. They will also need to be friendly and approachable with both clients and professional contacts.
