Accused of Benefit Fraud? Do you need representation?

Have you received a letter from Jobcentre Plus or the Local Authority requesting that you attend for an interview under caution at their offices?
or
Have you already been interviewed under caution or received a Summons to attend at Court following an interview?

If so, we can provide you with representation.

If you receive a letter from Jobcentre Plus or from the Local Authority requesting that you attend for an interview under caution you should telephone us immediately. This letter will provide you with a date, time and location for the interview. It will also state that you may have legal representation.
It is essential that you contact us as soon as you receive a date for your interview. We can then explain how an interview is conducted to ensure that you are fully prepared prior to the interview date. Subject to funding we will then attend at any interview with you to ensure you are provided with legal advice at every stage.

If you require assistance regarding Benefit Fraud allegations please contact Sharon Lane in the Criminal Department on 01952 297979. We can cover benefit interviews in a number of areas including Shrewsbury, Telford, Market Drayton and Wem.
