We would like to thank Slawek Zalewski, Lettings Manager at Nock Deighton for inviting Ellen Roberts to speak at their Property Conference which was held at the Mascall Centre in Ludlow last night.

Ellen who is the Head of our Commercial Property Department commented “The evening was a great success and I was delighted to be able to talk to the audience on the legal issues surrounding certain property matters for businesses, landlords and investors”.

Other speakers at the conference included Mark Pilsbury from Stag Capital Finance, Dawn Clarke and Michael Nettleton of Nock Deighton, Sue Chandler who is the Chair of Hands Together Ludlow and Christopher Jones Managing Director of Integrity Partnership.  The Mayor of Ludlow was also in attendance.

Jade Phillips, Conveyancing Executive based at our Shrewsbury office added “I found it very interesting to learn about local issues within the town and also hear from Nock Deighton about the current property market. The advice offered from all professions provided the landlords in attendance with a wealth of knowledge about moving forward with their current properties and also food for thought for the future…”.
