Have you considered what would happen if you did not make a Will

Many people believe that they do not need a Will.  They believe that their assets will pass to the people they want them to pass to.  In reality this is often not the case. There are complex laws set down that determine where your assets will go.

This will be a real danger to those people that are cohabiting or who are single.  Contrary to popular belief common law partners are NOT treated the same as a married couple.

There are also many events that will trigger the need to make a Will or to review a Will that already exists.  These events include buying a house or having a child.

My advice would be to make a Will and to not leave things to chance!
