An established senior solicitor with seventeen years’ experience in all aspects of family law has joined our Shrewsbury office to strengthen the company’s services for those needing support when going through a relationship breakdown.

After working as a family caseworker for four years, Jackie Meredith qualified as a Solicitor in November 2003. Having gained experience in a variety of family law matters including: private law children act issues, divorce, domestic abuse, financial matters alongside divorce, cohabitee disputes, and care proceedings including acting for children, Jackie is now focussed solely on private family law matters such as divorce, finances, children, cohabitees and post and pre-nuptials.

‘I am passionate about my work for clients with all manner of family problems. I am committed to providing an efficient, approachable, no nonsense and friendly service to my clients during what is invariably an emotionally challenging time in their lives  with compassion, dedication and determination in order to achieve the best outcome for them’ explains Jackie.  Jackie is also an accredited Child Panel member. Child Panels are run by voluntary members who decide how to help and protect the children and young people who go to hearings.

Jackie joined Terry Jones Solicitors because of their strong reputation in Shropshire and to continue to practice in the chosen area of law – Family.
