Pressure on the Prime Minister to implement tax breaks for married couples

The Prime Minister proposes to allow married stay-at-home parents to transfer part of their tax-fee allowance to the working spouse.

However, so far the Prime Minister has failed to implement the proposals and Tory MP's are putting pressure on David Cameron to uphold his promises.
