This allows the building of affordable housing on farmland but with the restriction placed upon the property that is for an agricultural worker only. This option means that the issues of succession for family farms can be addressed and dealt with in a way that means that generations of family who work the land can live on the farm without the retiring or older generation moving out of the family home.
